  • 1 1/2 cups Biscoff cookies
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Crush Biscoff cookies and layer at the bottom of cups.
  • Mix cream cheese, Biscoff spread, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Layer cheesecake mixture over cookie crust.
  • Top with whipped cream and refrigerate until set.
  • Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
