Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and fold in blueberries.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add vegetable oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined and fold in blueberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Top with the blueberry cheesecake filling and cover with crumb topping.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes, then cut into squares.
  • Serve with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh blueberries and serve with whipped cream.
