Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine.

Add hot coffee to the batter and whisk until smooth and thin.
Pour batter into prepared pans and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
Prepare frosting by combining cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and butter, then gradually add milk until smooth.
Assemble and frost the cake, then slice and serve.
