Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare the Oreo crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in eggs one at a time.
Mix in heavy cream and melted chocolate chips. Fold in additional Oreo crumbs and chopped Oreos.
Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust. Bake for 50 minutes, then let cool completely.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving with whipped cream and additional Oreos.
