Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs about 20 Oreos
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter melted, 1/2 stick
  • 24 oz cream cheese 3 8oz packages, full fat
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Oreo crumbs
  • 8 chopped Oreos
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
  • Whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare the Oreo crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in eggs one at a time.
  • Mix in heavy cream and melted chocolate chips. Fold in additional Oreo crumbs and chopped Oreos.
  • Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust. Bake for 50 minutes, then let cool completely.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving with whipped cream and additional Oreos.

Notes

For the best results, use high-quality chocolate and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing.
