Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan, and refrigerate to set.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture until combined.
  • Spoon filling over crust, smooth with spatula, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove from pan and garnish with fresh berries, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream.

Notes

For best results, allow the cheesecake to chill overnight. Garnish with fresh berries for a light and refreshing finish.
