  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 cups Granulated sugar
  • 4 large Eggs separated
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Strong brewed espresso
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Shaved dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Whipped mascarpone cream
  • 1 cup Lightly sweetened whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ladyfinger Crust
  • Mix the Cheesecake Filling
  • Bake Using a Water Bath
  • Add the Tiramisu-Inspired Layers (Optional but Irresistible)
  • Chill Thoroughly and Finish with Cocoa
